Policies

  • If you are a tax-exempt organization please contact us at txms150teams@cadencesports.com prior to purchasing. We require special documentation prior to removing sales tax from your order.
  • Only official Texas MS 150 Teams can reserve tents and/or toilets 
  • Toilet and tent availability may be limited in order to comply with space restrictions at La Grange and College Station, respectively.
  • NMSS staff reserve the right to determine the location and limit of tents and toilets.
  • Order deadlines are due by the following dates:
    • College Station - Friday, April 10th @ 5 PM CST.
    • La Grange - Friday, April 10th @ 5 PM CST.
  • All tent and toilet orders must be paid by Friday, March 27th @ 5 PM CST.
  • All changes must be made by Friday, April 10th @ 5 PM CST. Any change after April 10th will result in a $50 Change Fee. 
  • No refunds will be made in the case of inclement weather or natural disaster.
  • For teams that individually / self-determine to cancel their order for any reason prior to Friday, April 3rd @ 5 PM CST, a 50% refund will be issued. 
  • If cancellation is self-determined for any reason, no refunds will be issued after Friday, April 3rd @ 5 PM CST.
  • All tents (College Station & La Grange), and toilets (La Grange) must be rented by Cadence Event Management.
